Newly Created Role | Variety Across Partnerships, Sales Support & Operations Stable, Long-Term Opportunity in a Growing Tech Environment Permanent, Full-Time | North Ryde based | $80k – $90k Super The Opportunity This is a newly created Partnerships Coordinator opportunity within a well-established Australian technology organisation, created due to continued growth and increasing partner and customer activity. This unique role will play a key part in supporting relationships across customers, internal teams, and external partners. This role will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business – coordinating, problem-solving, and supporting relationships – rather than working in a narrow or repetitive role. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role located in Rydalmere, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across customer service, sales support, and operations within a technically strong, regulated environment. You’ll be surrounded by a supportive team, gain hands-on training, and enjoy plenty of room to grow, learn, and take ownership as you develop. The Responsibility In this role, you’ll be trusted to keep things moving – ensuring partners are supported, internal teams stay aligned, and processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Manage incoming partner and customer enquiries via phone and email Prepare, issue, and track quotes, renewals, and agreements Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and technical teams Support ongoing partner relationships and follow-ups Assist with scheduling, job coordination, and service requests Handle escalated or complex partner queries with support from internal teams Act as an internal liaison for outbound sales representatives Maintain accurate records, data, and CRM information Assist with reporting and data extraction Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow efficiency Provide general administrative and operational support as required The Expertise This is an exciting opportunity if you are organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple relationships at once.
